Good position for beach

House is larger than it looks on the web page. Pool was wonderful and a great temperature. Lots of sun loungers etc in garage. Only downside was there were no fans and bedrooms are all very hot.

Nice house, very well equipped and conveniently located near the beach

We spent a lovely week, with 4 adults and 6 teenagers and the house was spacious enough for everyone, with different sitting areas in and outside the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is great to have, especially since the beach, which is a 5 min walk away, has lots of stones.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée, propre et agréable. La cuisine est complète, il ne manque rien pour préparer des petits plats. Nous avons trouvé une maison bien propre à notre arrivée. L’agencement de la maison est pratique pour une famille, le baby foot est un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse et la piscine.

Bon séjour

Maison très agréable, bien équipée (avec une bonne literie), dans un quartier très calme. Un bémol sur la température de la piscine à 26° trop fraiche à notre goût et à signaler un accès avec des marches trop hautes pour nos 2 personnes âgées qui n'ont pas pu en profiter. La plage de proximité est à 7 mm à pied mais plus pour la vue que la baignade les rochers étant très présents.

Perfekter Relax-Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser luxuriösen Villa sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und absolut sauber, die Angaben in der Anzeige und die Fotos entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort, es war alles da, was man so braucht. Wir wurden von der Dame der Immobilienagentur sehr freundlich empfangen, auch bei der Verabschiedung lief alles reibungslos. Das Beste von allem ist natürlich der Pool, den wir bei dem heißen Wetter sehr gern und oft benutzt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus wirklich weiter empfehlen!

Heerlijk familiehuis

Ruim huis met alle gemakken voor goed en slecht weer. Keuken super goed uitgerust. Strand op loopafstand maar wel met kiezels. Met 35 min lopen over het pad langs de kust sta je na een heerlijke wandeling in Jard-sur-mer. Daar zijn winkels barrtejes en restauants. Heel erg relaxed huis en omgeving.

Très bonne literie , 3 chambres avec une chambre supplémentaire en mezzanine au dessus de la cuisine Grande location très proche d’une plage de galets, propice à la pêche à pieds Idéal pour prendre les repas en extérieur, en intérieur possible avec 8 personnes , voisinage très à cheval sur le calme du quartier . Mais ménage non fait par les locataires précédents , salle de bains et sanitaires très sales ( 2 petites salles de bains pour une location jusqu’à 10 , un peu juste ) De plus piscine en panne à notre arrivée , réparée le lundi après midi En résumé location correcte pour des familles recherchant le calme , la pêche à pieds

Propriétaires très conciliants pour notre arrivée précoce . je les en remercie . Nous étions 8 et un bébé .. très bien logés . literies confortables.. la mer accessible à pied :) piscine chauffée et très sécurisée :) On a passé de très belles vacances en famille ..il ne manquait rien !

Séjour parfait !

Maison trés au calme, trés bien agencée pour une famille de 5. La piscine chauffée et la proximité de la plage (déserte :-) ) ont été trés aprécié par les enfants comme par les parents. Quel bonheur : pas de WIFI les enfants ont grimacé au départ mais ils ont lachés les tablettes et ils ont découvert qu'il y avait bien d autres choses à faire !! Enfin pour terminer merci à Michel pour son acceuil, sa dispo et ses conseils ! A l'année prochaine :-)
