Beautiful Island

Excellent villa exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved having the beach access only steps away for our morning walks overlooking the sea. It is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood.Maria was a great host and we appreciated her patience with us since we do not speak French.We would recommend this rental!XXOO

Escape from New England

Great spot, had everything we needed, comfy beds, plenty of hot water etc, only the one shower but good that it's separate from toilet, good space to spread out and loved cooking there (once we got stove top and bbq to work) easy walk to lovely beach with bar/restaurant, part of a hotel. Lost power briefly, and water another night, also internet for 24 hours which was a pain but Marie very nice and willing to help when necessary, another set of keys would have been good as we were a party of 6

Turquoise paradise

Our villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Linen was changed weekly. The villa was a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach plus we had our own private pool which was professionally cleaned weekly. The villa was well situated on the island however, it was quite isolated with only one restaurant nearby and no shops in walking distance, a car is a must if you wish to get around for basic shopping, sightseeing and meals out. Our host was very helpful and cooked a beautiful meal on the day of our arrival. English is not widely spoken which creates difficulties if you do not speak French

Wundervolle Villa mit grünem Garten nah am Meer!

Die Villa entspricht dem Inserat. Wir (zwei Erwachsene und ein sechsjähriges Kind) wurden freundlich von Marie empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist tadellos sauber. Die Außendusche und der große Pool bieten eine gute Erfrischung. Ein kleiner wundervoller Strand zum Schwimmen ist zu Fuß zu erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gut für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Excellent séjour à la petite villa Guadeloupe

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Marie nous avait donné toutes les précisions pour arriver au bon endroit. Marie est une super hôte qui est disponible et répond à toutes les interrogations. La maison est très bien agencée et très propre. Le seul bémol est le manque de douche à l’extérieur de la maison pour l’utilisation de la piscine et pouvoir se rincer quand on rentre de la plage.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans la maison de Marie. Son accueil très chaleureux, et bienveillante. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable! la terrasse extérieur avec la piscine est super et permet de se rafraichir dès le réveil. Great vacation, mostly reccomended

The house is really perfect and very functional. Perfectly situated between Sainte-Anne and Saint-Francois. Perfect match between time spent at the swimming pool and at the beaches all around. Magnifiques vacances!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines et demi dans la maison de Sté Anne en août 21 a 4 avec 2 enfants de moins de 12 ans. Tout était parfait! Très bien située et à proximité des plages et commerces dans un lotissement sécurisé. Le vrai plus est l’accès par le chemin côtier à pied à la plage et sans prendre la voiture. Maison très propre, très bien agencée avec un bel extérieur. Piscine propre et bien entretenue tout au long du séjour. Les propriétaires habitent à proximité et sont très sympas et disponibles pour la moindre question. Nous venons très régulièrement en Guadeloupe et avons loué de nombreux logements l’été, cette maison est vraiment notre coup de cœur!

Un vrai bon moment en famille

Le propriété est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous attendions. Pour avoir loué quelques résidences comparables, plutôt sur "l'île soeur Martinique", cette jolie petite villa concentre tout le charme créole et se situe dans un environnement plutôt calme. Un joli petit jardin, une piscine de bonne taille, et toutes les commodités nécessaires à St François, à 10 minutes de voiture. Quelques petits aménagements dans la cuisine ou dans la salle de bain en feraient une maison quasi parfaite dans cette catégorie !

Adorable maison

D’abord merci à Marie qui a été très accommodante avec notre fils de 22 ans qui a dû se rendre seul en Guadeloupe, m’étant fracturée une cheville 4 jours avant le départ. Notre fils s’est très bien senti dans la maison, il a été accueilli par un repas que Marie a fait préparer, des repas que l’on peut commander pour ceux qui veulent manger à la maison, sans cuisiner! L’endroit où est situé la maison est très sécuritaire, proche de tout. La maison était parfaite, avec une belle piscine. Il ne reste que pour moi à y retourner, dans de meilleures conditions!

Une charmante petite villa qui tient ses promesses

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa qui ne présente que des points positifs ! Située dans une résidence fermée et a proximité des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe, jardin verdoyant et sans vis a vis avec une piscine sécurisée et éclairée pour une ambiance sympa le soir, le salon terrasse est top pour détente ou repas en famille. Sans oublier l'accueil et les bons conseils de Marie. En bref, un séjour reussie avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge et de très jolis souvenirs. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

La villetta è curata nell’arredamento e molto confortevole; la parte esterna della casa, sotto il patio in cui si mangia si mangia, è fresca e ombreggiata. Il giardino è ben tenuto, la piscina è pulita. Tutto corrisponde alle immagini e alle descrizioni proposte dal sito.
