# Villa Métisse – Villa rental with private pool in Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe

Treat yourself to an unforgettable holiday in our charming villa in Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe, located in a peaceful residential area, just 800 metres walk from a magnificent white sandy beach and the famous turquoise lagoon of Sainte-Anne.

Villa Métisse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Completely renovated in an elegant Creole style, it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms, a large terrace with sea view and a superb private swimming pool.

Designed to live fully outdoors, the villa opens onto a vast wooden terrace, naturally ventilated by the trade winds. A real living space, it invites you to relax at any time of the day. Its **AquaBar**, integrated directly into the swimming pool, allows you to share an aperitif or a convivial moment with your feet in the water, a rare equipment that delights families and groups of friends alike.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a fan to ensure optimal comfort, even on the hottest days. Several relaxation areas are spread around the villa: sunbathing by the pool, garden furniture in the shade of tropical trees, covered terrace or dining under the traditional **carbet**, to fully enjoy the Caribbean art of living.

The location is one of the most appreciated by our travellers. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops, the local market and all the amenities of the centre of Sainte-Anne. A bakery and grocery store are located just 200 metres from the villa, making it possible to enjoy your vacation without having to use the car on a daily basis.

Every morning, the seafront market offers exotic fruits, fresh vegetables, spices and local specialties. On Thursday evenings, the night market brings the village to life with its craftsmen, musicians and warm atmosphere, for a real immersion in Guadeloupean culture.
