Free access to the La Toubana Hotel beach at 200 meters by crossing the hotel.
Free access to the Caravelle (Club Med) beach at 1,5 km by a footpath behind the villa.
It has 4 bedrooms and 12 adult beds:
- 1 master suite of 32 m2 + private bathroom with king size bed of 2 meters and large bathtub having view on the swimming pool and the sea + 1 single beds.
- 1 large bedroom of 21 m 2+ private bathroom. Two beds 1 meter joinable + 1 single bed. Access through two gates and possibility to park several cars on the ground.
- 1 suite of 28 m2 with bed 160 cm 2 meters + 2 single beds
- 1 room 12 m2 with a bed of 160 cm.
- 1 bathroom between the suite and the bedroom.
The 4 single beds can be moved to make a children’s room for example. 2 cots are available to be distributed in the rooms according to needs. Air conditioning in each room.
In the center is a large living room of 80 m2 with equipped American kitchen. On the pool side to the south there is:
- A covered terrace with a table of 16 seats and an outdoor lounge for 14 people.
- A 25 m2 carb with 160 cm day bed, Weber barbecue, 4-seat living room.
At the back a patio with jacuzzi of 6 places.
Travelers have full private use of the villa and pool.
