This apartment is composed of 2 rooms furnished in a creole atmosphere:
- living room equipped with 2 air brewers with sofa, chest of drawers and storage cabinet
- air-conditioned room (bed 160), with big mosquito net, and big done up cupboard
_ bathroom (shower and sink) with toilet, vanity
_ large living terrace with kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Sheets and towels, beach towels and tea towels provided.
We provide a cooler for picnics and an ideal hammock on the terrace or on the beach between 2 coconut trees.
It is located on the 1st floor facing the sea, in a quiet Residence of 12 units on 2 floors, closed and secure (gate and code), in the middle of a creole garden with trees, in a quiet and residential area, and has 'a parking place .
You can go down to take a bath at the beach on foot, 2 minutes from the residence, and always walk to get your bread or talk with the local fishermen who sell you their fresh fish catch or enjoy a lobster fresh peaches in a "lolo" on the beach, feet in the sand ...
A paradise bathed in warmth and sweetness of life ....

Notre pied-à-terre à Ste-Luce

Propre, bien situé et une vue magnifique sur la mer, cet appartement est parfait pour explorer la Martinique, relaxer après une randonnée ou se reposer après une journée à la plage. La communication avec l’hôte a été impeccable.

Super appartement

Dans une copropriété très calme, situé à 2 pas de la plage et de ses restaurants, cet appartement a tout du havre de paix, avec une vue magnifique, et d'un confort très supérieur à la moyenne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la varangue qui permet de bénéficier d'une belle pièce à vivre, bien aérée, très bien équipée pour à la fois cuisiner, se restaurer, se reposer ou savourer un punch en regardant la mer. Accueil très sympathique par l'équipe de réception et propriétaires à notre écoute. Adresse à conseiller sans restriction.

SUPERBE SEJOUR A SAINTE LUCE

Appartement très agréable , bien aménagé ,confortable et très calme. Superbe et époustouflante vue sur la baie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos repas devant cette vue qui est tout le temps changeante suivant l heure de la journée et le temps. Très bien situé pour faire nos courses a pied a sainte Luce, petit marché et pêcheurs tout prés... Sainte Luce est un village typique très vivant avec ces restaurants et bars au bord de l eau. Autre avantage: joli sentier en bas de l appart qui longe de jolies plages .... Sainte Luce est bien situé pour se déplacer dans tout le sud.Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement superbe, moderne, décoré avec goût , dans les couleurs typiquement martiniquaises. Vue sur la mer des Antilles ... une merveille chaque matin de découvrir ce paysage. Et les propriétaires, Catherine et J.-Jacques, deux personnes super sympathiques! Tout pour revenir dès l'an prochain. A bientôt donc, Françoise et J.-Pierre.

À recommander ! Bien situé près du bourg, superbe vue sur la mer des Antilles, beau quartier tranquille , appartement aménagé avec goût, immeuble sécurisé.... Mon épouse et moi y avons passé un excellent séjour . Nous y reviendrons en février prochain pour plusieurs semaines.
