The Relais de la Liberté, was transformed into the outbuildings of the Manoir D'Haudienville in Sainte Marie du Mont, located on the Voie de la Liberté 3 km from Utah Beach WWII, Landing Museum and 3 km from the village of Sainte Marie du Mont 10 minutes from Sainte Mere Eglise, Air Borne Museum.
Ideally located near the landing beaches, during the DDay festivities, Utah-Beach, Ste Mère Eglise, La Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, American Cemetery, Mont Saint Michel.
The furnished farmhouse:
Holiday home with its 3 bedrooms and a living room convertible into a bedroom.
On the ground floor:
A large dining room,
A fitted kitchen,
A living room has been renovated keeping the spirit of the farm,
My favorite for the living room which can be transformed into a real bedroom with its exposed stones. (2-seater sofa bed 140x190).
1 bathroom (shower, sink) and 1 separate toilet.
1st floor:
bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190),
bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x190),
bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190).
1 bathroom (shower, sink) and 1 separate toilet.
A garden area with barbecue and tables to spend pleasant evenings.
Parking in the courtyard of the farm, free Wi-Fi access.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Relais de la Liberté. Die Gastgeber Sophie und Claude sind sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und großzügig, da wir 14 Tage schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns meist draußen aufgehalten. Die Umgebung ist bekannt für ihre D-Day-Route. Darüberhinaus bietet die Region schöne kleine und große Orte, Märkte, Strände und tolle Landschaften. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gîte plein de cachet et serein à 2 pas d'Utah Beach
Séjour parfait à Haudienville dans un gîte refait à neuf pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes sans que l'on se sente à l'étroit. Tout y fait avec goût. Le logis a du caractère et du charme, une magnifique lumière l'après midi. C'est très très calme, vraiment agréable et reposant, et les hôtes sont serviables, à l'écoute et avenants. Adresse que je recommande chaudement pour visiter le Cotentin et les plages du débarquement très belle halte en Normandie authentique.
