This place caters to kids pretty well. Staff are ok, not the best at communicating. Lots of Korean tourists. We were definitely a minority.

It was not available to do early check-in. The renovated room was very nice however food was not so great. In the buffet, there are not many selections and quality was so so. After i had a dinner at the resort, we didnt try other restaurants. Workers are nice and kind. In addition, after the renovation due to the storm, many website didnโ€™t change the information of hotel. Gym and sauna are closed after renovation and removed all bath tubs in every room. I was disappointed about Gym and Sauna plus still construction is on going.

The rooms are clean and nice. There are a lot of activities for the family. My children loved the Pororo Play area. They lack room service, internet connection and the doors are paper thin. We could hear the noise from outside.
