Great spot for a short stay in Salamanca

Very central, just off Plaza Mayor but with excellent sound proofing so no noise disturbance. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location in Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to lots of local shopping and restaurants. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pls educate your staff about service animals!

The reception does not know that service dogs arent pets and exempt of fees according to the EU Law. It is illegal to ask extra fee for service animals as they are not considered as pets. But anyway, she didnt seem to understand what a 'service' dog is. And I was too tired. I said Ok, charge away - which was 10 Eur per stay as it is so written on Hotels.com page. But she asked for 20 Eur - saying that is the correct amount and that the hotel is not responsible for Hotels.com website. That is funny, because that amount I am sure did not conjure on its own on Hotels.com. If its wrong, its because the hotel made a mistake. But she didnt seem to understand this either! In the end, I dont know how much I paid, I just gave my credit card because I was too tired to explain anything further and wanted to get into my room. The room was very small. They really should put how big in terms of sq meters in the descriptions like most hotels do! Because if I saw this I wouldnt book this room or maybe this hotel. The photos here give a wrong impression. Also the water pressure in the shower is low. The big heavy shower-heads also doesnt help the case because those handsets are for those showers with strong water pressure. The room was clean. I didnt take breakfast. The location is good next to the Plaza Mayor. But then again, if you are staying in the old town, everywhere is 10 mins walking distance as it is a small town.

This place was a bargain, priced delight! Right around the corner from plaza mayor close to everything and walkable to the beautiful areas of Salamanca. We will stay again at this place. It was wonderful.

Staff very nice and room very nice. The only issue was that the top bunk had a loose screw and almost fell off. But otherwise all good
