Fantastic fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation, offering all the comforts to make you feel right at home. Providing space, convenience & year round comforts with air conditioning & ducted central heating. Plenty of off-street parking suitable for 4-wheel drives, boats, caravans and the like. Lockable garage available also. Bella house is perfect for singles, couples, business traveler's & families. The bed configurations suits any occasion. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed + en-suite, bedroom 2 - queen bed, bedroom 3 - a single and a double bed, bedroom 4 - queen bed. Fully self-contained kitchen and laundry with everything you need. Combined kitchen and dining area as well as another separate lounge room. There is an outdoor entertaining area including a barbecue are all at your disposal. Bella is only a short picturesque walk from local restaurants, cafe's, hotels, shops, parks, waterways, tennis courts, swimming pool (and gym), the hospital and much more. 20 min drive to beaches & award winning wineries. Only a short 5-10 minute stroll to fantastic walking tracks, lakes, various sporting ovals, great coffee, restaurants and groceries. Waterways suitable for boating and skiing within a 10 minute drive. Mountain walking/hiking, cycling, 4-wheel driving and beaches all within a 20 min drive. Short and long term rates available.

Hidden Jem

Beautiful 4-bedroom accommodation, very clean and spacious, 3 minutes walk from wonderful botanical garden and lakes, close proximity to shops and restaurants and 20 min drive to beaches.We were a group of 6 people, two disable persons among us and everyone felt very comfortable at that place.We would recommend this accommodation to all our friends.

Good size house and backyard however fencing needs to be repaired if having dogs in yard.Garage door remote does not work.No house rule manual available.Flywire screens need cleaning.Good walk to magnicent botanical gardens.Could not find swimming pool in yard-wife not happy.

Wedding in Maffra

We had a family wedding in Maffra so we decided to stay in Sale, we had lovely walks and met the local peacocks in the Botanical Gardens. The house was clean comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Thanks for letting us stay at you house.

One small wish.

The property is in a quiet residential area and was close to all the venues we visited. We would like the hosts to know that we would have liked at least 1 bedside table and lamp in every bedroom. The beds were all ‘very firm’ and our preference would be to have a soft topper on all beds. This was our only wish and overall the property was excellent. Thank you.

Quick family stay

We booked the property recently and stayed a couple of nights with our two big dogs. House was great! Clean, stocked with anything you might need and the dogs loved it. Will definitely stay again but was annoyed to find the payment taken when I made the booking was in US dollars so almost double the advertised price. Beware of that but nothing to do with the hosts or property, they were 10/10

Private inviting warm family friendly

Fantastic space for family with kids and dogs. Warm, cosy, inviting and everything you need in the kitchen. Extra bedding if needed in cupboards. Showers were amazing. Worth the extra expense to stay here
