When I first got there the room I got given the door was broke so I had to get a room change the next room I was in the tv was then broke then they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment for all the problems which was nice.

Their Q parking system is an absolute nightmare Used their hotel for convenience but you can’t get out of the car park till they send an assistant to the car park so you can exit Its an absolute stupid system; you wait and wait at the gate if assistant doesn’t come you park the car and walk back again to the hotel to ask them to send the hotel person; i’m not staying there anymore. And i have stayed at least 8 times in last few years

We had a slight mix up with our breakfast but Isabella in the restaurant was very accommodating. She was able to sit us with the rest of our family, we found that she was very helpful and her hospitality was great. Thanks again Isabelle.

Fabulous breakfast, great location great service. However the bed was one of the worst beds ive ever slept in. The bed was extremely hard and we did not get a minute of sleep. This is such a let down as every other aspect of our stay was incredible.

Staffs for the first evening are good. Then the staff are not responsive. Reported dishwasher was broken and were promised that someone will fix it. No one has showed up . We had to wash all the dishes after cooking Xmas! Not ideal and disappointed. What a shame for otherwise nice staying.
