I didn’t like sharing the dining area with animals in the chairs. No 24hr coffee was available during snow storms. Complementary breakfast was progressively worst as the storm lingered (staff said they couldn’t get their deliveries during to the storm. I explained they should adapt and purchase from local Sams as I did). I was charged a different amount each day for my lodgings. Snow removal was non-exsistant to access the parking lot. Not a good experience

Nice rooms that are very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good and convenience of having Starbucks in the hotel. Walkable distance to great restaurants. Thanks again, we will be back.
