Our beautiful 2150 sq. ft. Salinas Malecon Ocean front unit offers a great price and is extremely competitive with all condo and apartment units on the Salinas Malecon. Not only do we have the most awesome ocean views from the 7th floor in the middle of the Salinas Malecon, we also have all the conveniences of home. We provide a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, gas cook top and stove, microwave, counter top toaster oven, toaster, juicer, blender, formal dining cutlery and glassware for eight, a large bright living area with Internet TV and high-speed internet throughout the unit plus a laundry area with new washer and dryer. All our furnishings are quality and chosen to complement our overall unit design. We also have one of the largest ocean front terraces complete with comfortable seating that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or tea, morning breakfast or drinks before and/or with dinner. We also feature remote controlled ac units in each room that are super quiet and efficient. The large beautifully decorated front bedroom has an awesome ocean view with black out roll-up shades, a queen bed and spacious en-suite bath. The "Ocean Suite" decor 2nd bedroom comes with a queen bed with black out roll-up shades and attached bath and is designed for those who like maximum quietness and less light. The 3rd bedroom has a rear view with a queen bed, black out roll-up shades and use of the hall bath. From our beautiful scenic central Salinas Malecon location, you can conveniently take early morning walks, run on the beach or take breezy evening strolls on the Malecon.
