Located in a residential area in Monte los Almendros, this wonderful chalet offers an ideal quiet place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The house has three double bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a minibar, a second bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, all bedrooms have a Smart TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with large windows that overlook the porch.
Outside, in addition to the porch, there is a bathroom with shower, a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen and a heated pool with an automatic curtain made of high-quality polycarbonate sheets, incorporated into the bottom of the pool, which allows Maintain the water temperature at 27°C throughout the year.
About 1,500 meters from the house there is a paddle tennis court and another petanque court to which tenants can have access. These tracks are shared so you have to sign up in advance on a list to be able to use them.
