The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this newly renovated, centrally located single level 1100 sq ft home. Open layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 2 car (600 sq ft) detached garage w/remote. Front Ring Floodlight cam and rear Flood light cam over the garage are motion activated for greater visibility and safety. I-15 north or south entrance/exits are within a couple mins. Within walking distance of bus stop or trax line. Surrounding neighbors are excellent!
The space
Built in 2003, this single level home with open floorplan has brand new LVP flooring throughout and recently painted everywhere including cabinets. The larger bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and large closets. Each bedroom has a new ceiling fan. Fridge has water/ice machine. Gas stove and front-loading high-capacity washer/dryer. 1 Gig fast and reliable fiber internet includes own modem/router. Off street parking between house and detached garage and additional parking/storage in large 600 sg ft garage accessible with remote for garage door. Can exit property from shared driveway or out back alley going north or south.
