We had an issue with the toilet that took quite a while to get fixed but the staff was super polie and friendly. The facilities were clean and nice for the price. We would definitely stay again.

There was no hair dryer in the room which is usually a basic item supplied. When I contacted the desk they were very indignant saying I must just not be looking for it in the correct spot. I asked where that spot was and informed them I had looked there among other places and it was not there. They promised they would bring one to the room but it was never provided and they brushed it off when asked about it upon check out. Not very impressive in the customer service area.

The rooms were clean and well furnished. The power window shade was a cool way to let in light while providing privacy. We loved the microwave and fridge. The beds were a little firm, but nothing that a sleep aid didn’t fix. We were impressed with the room and hotel in general. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great stay!

We have stayed here before. It is always excellent. The staff from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping are all friendly and helpful. To me an easy to use television controller and a good selection of channels is important. It is good here. We will be back

We have stayed at this location twice now. The first time it was recently opened. The newness still is here with well kept property inside and out. Good beds and everything works well. Breakfast is kept fresh and the selection good. However, our recent trip soured me on considering this location again. The room was booked well in advance and we arrived two hours after check-in time began. I had a tight window to check in, get tidied up after travel, then get to the event that brought us to SLC. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready and it required waiting in the lobby for another 20 minutes. I ended up not arriving at the intended time for our event due to the rooms not being ready until 2.5 hours after check-in began (that was 5:30pm). Very disappointing. While the clerk was apologetic no other compensation or concessions were offered either. Two other parties also appeared to check in while we waited for our room, perhaps two queens versus a king.

One of the noisiest places we have ever stayed in. Our 2nd floor room overlooked a very busy intersection (Highland and an Interstate exit). Noise at all hours. The breakfast buffet was good with different selections all three mornings. It is far from the city center, but in a nice neighborhood.
