Location, location, location! Cozy, 3 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with private, key-less entrance. Parking available on site for free. Quiet neighborhood with close access to all major ski resorts like Park City, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, plus downtown Salt Lake, and airport via freeway. Freeway on ramp is literally 2 mins away! Close to many local shopping spots and restaurants. Sleeps 6-7 guests (twin bed available for 7th guest upon request) and includes all of the amenities you'll need for your stay. Within walking distance of the bus stop for ski resorts. Washer and dryer available upon request.

Apartment was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We were not able to do laundry on a certain day because the tenants upstairs are using the facilities which you access through a door to a shared space. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the apartment and opening windows was not an option as you are in a basement. (I wish I knew ahead of time that it is a basement apartment. )The host was quick to respond to communication. The area was close to everything and getting on the highway was super easy.

We had a great stay in cottonwood heights. We came for a concert and back to school shopping. This neighborhood was quiet and homey and centrally located to most things we wanted. This basement apartment was perfect for our 2 teens and us. The beds were super comfy and really soft sheets, my daughter said it was better than her bed at home. We vegged on the couch one night and watched a movie, very homey. Easy check in check out process and the owners were very quick to respond when I needed to adjust the AC. It was a great choice for a great stay.

Great location near many sights

My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Cottonwood Heights. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highways and centrally located. Whole Foods is just a couple of minutes away. Easy to get to the new Salt Lake Bees Stadium, Great Salt Lake and University of Utah.

Great location

Excellent communication from the owner. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but appeared to be better stocked than most vrbo properties. Quiet street and quiet apartmen. Will definitely return if the its available during my next trip.
