Note:
The house has been separated into two different Units (upstairs and basement) separated by a door locked on both sides so neither guest can pass through. There may be times when you will be sharing the house with other guests downstairs. You will notice that the thermostat has a lockbox on it. We have had issues with guests adjusting the thermostat, which either causes the A/C to freeze up or makes the basement unbearably cold for the guests down there. If it gets too warm, let us know, and we will be happy to make the adjustments for you. Usually, the thermostat is kept between 71-72ºF.

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and spent a lovely time with family here. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all of the appliances were fully functional. Our rooms were clean, orderly, and comfortable. A huge TV in the living room allowed us to easily log into Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., and mirror my Apple devices—however I wanted to stream worked well. The owners have made some very smart choices the turn this split level into an up-to-date rental home. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and you must absolutely take a walk through Creekside Park (locals call it frisbee park because it has a great frisbee golf course). We truly enjoyed our weeklong stay.
