I had a bad experience at this location. The maintenance staff was rude. I shouldn’t have any interaction with the maintenance staff because I was checking in and would talk to the counter staff about new towels and the things that needed attention in my room. The maintenance would rudely interrupt and very unprofessional. I had to check out early than expected because I couldn’t take it anymore. Everything is dirty. The pool is dirty, the walls in the rooms were dirty. There were problems with the bathroom that that maintenance staff handed me a plunger and told me to fix it my self since I’m staying in the room. Again, I wouldn’t recommend this anyone. A negative 10 would be appropriate.

Shower pan had a hole, mold was growing in the bathroom near and in the shower. The bed was poor quality and was in need of replacement.

Good staff and decent breakfast Location sucked getting off the freeway and salt lake not having and u turns doesnt help but good hotel for the price

Older place but clean and friendly. Had to get my key reprogrammed each night and my toilet seat was coming off but everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Not what we expected

The "amenities" did not work: pool was cold, hit tub completely useless, sink had no stopper, bed had no blanket, bathroom exhaust fan didn't even have a switch. Key card had to be reset every day. Breakfast was passable, but milk for cereal did not include whole milk as an option.

We got what we paid for

This is an older facility that has not been kept up- the personnel were courteous and responsive, however the rooms were shabby, any upholstered pieces were dirty. The breakfast food was a good variety, but the space was very small. The price was extremely low, so we got what we paid for
