A very nice place - off the beaten track but with easy access to the main street and the path up to the car park.
The only problem we had was with keeping the place warm. The two oil filled radiators were essential as it takes a long time for the fire to generate heat in the radiators.
Other than that very comfortable - lots of hot water and very clean.
We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Staithes.
We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Staithes. The accommodation was in a perfect location and a bonus that it was dog friendly. The weather has changed and when we arrived we very cold and we hadnât realised that we needed to buy wood to light the fire which heated the radiators. We assumed wood would of been provided. Coal was provided in the out house but the out house was full of rubbish so had to climb over it to get to the coal. We also had to put the hot water on when we arrived so had to wait for that to come through. Only other gripe was that there were no tea and coffee which you usually get in holiday cottages. Aside from that a lovely stay

Absolutley fantastic location and a beautiful cottage.
Absolutley fantastic location and a beautiful cottage. The beds are very comfortable and had quality bed linen and towels. It was a nice surprise to find they give free coal as we had taken our own assuming you would need to provide it. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need.
I think it would be helpful if they were to provide at least 1 toilet roll for arrival.
The shed where the key safe is stored has no light, we arrived in the pouring rain amd found it very fiddly to get it open.
WiFi didn't work for our stay we didn't contact the owner as it was actually a real treat to get away from phones for a few days.
