Designed for comfort and convenience, this oceanfront retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms with stylish fixtures. The spacious layout includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen, and a third bedroom with one full and one twin bed—perfect for families or groups. Linens and towels are provided, with freshly made beds ready for your arrival. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday. No pets allowed.

At Summer Winds, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities that keep guests returning year after year. Unwind by one of three outdoor pools, take a dip in the heated indoor pool, or relax in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Very nice place but the listing didn’t mention the balcony being closed for repairs. We would not have booked if we would have known. Also, no tvs worked! Did not meet expectations

The condo property itself is very old. Stairs and rusted. Looks like a old college dorm. Condo unit was nice, but carpet was old, needs replacing. It was fine for a short stay, but wouldn’t rent again for a longer stay.

Fall Beach Trip

Summerwinds has been one of our favorite vacation destinations for over 30 years. Everything is on-site, beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and hot tubs. The condos are spacious with easy access to the beach. The only thing we don't like is being 15-20 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants with 35 mph speed limit.

We all enjoyed our vacation at Summerwinds! Steps to the beach and a lovely interior. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed on weekdays during our visit. We will schedule our next trip there a week later.

Great location

The condo itself was well appointed and is at a great location directly on the beach. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the entire condo was spotless. There are a few things that need attention; the bed pillows are beyond their life expectancy, the shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom leaks and the multiple remote controls for both TY’s should be replaced with universal remotes. Trying to figure how to use the televisions ended up in shear frustration and resorted to reading a book! Check in process was seamless the checkout process is an inconvenience. The realty company expects you to return the keys instead of allowing their housekeeping staff to bring them back to them, resulting in you having to drive 12 miles north when your destinations is south.

Clean and well decorated and gorgeous view. Building was run down though. Disappointed no essentials products supplied. I would have wished it was advertised that way so I could bring. Had to go to store to stock up for a 2 day getaway and used our vacation time running to store several times. I've rented lots on vrbo and always had a starter set of these things. No hand soap, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, baggies etc. No spices etc

Exactly as described!

I was very pleased with this beach condo - it was EXACTLY as described and as you see in the pictures! It's 2nd floor and oceanfront....it's SO CLOSE to the ocean it feels like you're standing on the beach! I loved it. Came for a work vacation and the internet connection was excellent. The management company was great, too. I didn't realize the indoor pool + hot tub would be open, but there were lots of people in there having fun - next time I'll hop on down! I'll be back! :)

Spotless and gorgeous view!!

We had an amazing time, despite the rain & cold weather. Our kids were very happy with the indoor pool since it’s winter. The view was breathtaking and we loved the sound of the ocean waves. We even got lucky seeing a family of dolphins:). The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying here again!!

Comfortable by the sea!

Great location on the property. Beautiful view of coastline. Summer winds was our families beach spot for a decade when we owned property there. Good to be back and see facility in good shape!

Great little quick getaway with family

The property was clean and everything functioned properly. We were comfortable , had a great time and had no real issues. After reading the other reviews I think it’s fair to agree that it was better than I expected. From what I gather there is a large percentage of retirees living there which is good for us because it was laid back ,quiet and relaxing .Beach and pool access was excellent. There is a decent snack bar to get food, drinks, and snacks that was open for takeout on the property. There was a game room that was locked up when we went but this is still during the days of Covid and we fully understand. About the only negative was food deliveries that we googled were a little difficult as far as the service areas...but to make up for that there are a few smaller local places that are great. Overall no real complaints. Would recommended for a family type stay.

Better than expected

The view was even better in person than online. The condo was bigger and nicer that the pictures show. Loved the location, would move in tomorrow if the owners didn't care.
