House located 60 km from Salvador, (300 meters from the beach) in a gated community (Cond. Blue Sea) in Guarajuba beach with all the infrastructure, including for children, and security. Wide and clean beaches.
The house has two floors, swimming pool, waterfall, gourmet space, barbecue, balconies with hammocks, lawn;
It's 5/4, including dependency. Two suites on the upper floor with air conditioning (split type), two air-conditioned rooms on the lower floor interconnected by a social bathroom, and a further study room with a single box bed and an auxiliary bed.

It features a gourmet balcony with barbecue, TV room with 50 'plasma TV and cable TV, SKY;
A study room with a bench and box bed, ceiling fan, plus living and dining rooms;

Casa Maravilhosa
A casa é maravilhosa, exatamente igual as fotos. Ampla, arejada, aconchegante. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários, muito completa. Camas aconchegantes, ar condicionado em todos os quartos. O sr. José nos recebeu muito bem. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes em Guarajuba e com certeza nos hopedaremos nessa casa novamente.
