The Lasserhof is an easy walk from the Salzburg train station and from the old town, which was very convenient. One of our rooms was ready a couple of hours early, which was great so that we could drop off our things and get ready for the day. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, for the most part, though one of our "triple" rooms had a cot for the third bed and we had trouble figuring out how to use the shower/bath. The breakfast was a little sparse but fine.

Accomodation experience.

There were spider webs below the table next to the bed. The bed was a joint of 2 single beds where we suffered sleeping as a family with our 3 years old son. Thigs were falling in between them and under the bed was full of dust. The staff was kind, helping, smiling and attending politely any question I had, so I am thanking the staff. Regards.

Bathroom stunk. Lights and fan go on automatically but also shut off a few seconds after you leave, or am sitting on the toilet. Our beds were made but bathroom was not cleaned and dirty glasses were left. breakfast seemed poorly organized. One morning there were no glasses for juice, table tops were poorly wiped and there was a toaster but nothing to put in it. Also not a fan of the lack of sheets on the beds.

Spent 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. Its in the New Town, an easy walk to Mirabell Palace and the old town. Parking is available for a fee in the underground garage just across the street. The room had an odd layout but manageble for 2 people. Breakfast was okay, usual European fare- selection of cheeses, bread, yogurt and also bacon and scrambled eggs.
