We had 2 rooms, 209 and 211. 211 was leaking from the ceiling and shiwer did mot work properly. Advised tall guy at reception, who basically said he was too busy but maintenance would sort. Nothing was done. Very disappointed. Breakfast was good, very friendly staff and attentive.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even leaving the desk to show us a restaurant and cash point. Cafe was very good. Room very nice and clean. In an excellent location for the old city and only 10 minutes walk topickup points for trips and the events.

The property is is an historic building and the rooms reflect the historic feel. The rooms are large and our bathroom had a double sink. Our room had an awkward shower that faced sideways in the tub but that didn't impact our stay greatly. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location could not be beat.

As previously posted the room was not as shown online. I paid more expecting a Standards Double Room room that looked like much nicer and brighter, did not happen. Shower was only 30"×30", Very small. Personnel were friendly and bed comfortable, but for $565 CDN, not worth the stay.

This was a great location for the Christmas markets! Everything is walkable. Room size was great. Only issue was the heating system. We could not find away to normalize the heat. It was very hot, even after shutting the radiators off.

Radisson Blu hotel is a wonderful choice if you’re going to spend some time in Salsburg. The hotel is in wonderful condition in a beautiful old building. It is surrounded by amazing shopping areas and the hotel bar/Café is great. I would recommend it highly

Great location! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was able to store our bags until check-in time which allowed us to begin our site-seeing in the city. The room was nice and cozy, not too big and not too small.
