Absolutely fabulous place. Staff extremely friendly and responsive. Place and pool were spotless with daily cleaning . Amazing location short walk to the beach and with restaurants, shopping just across the street. And very very quiet. We loved it all! And Samara is a gem. Already thinking about our next visit.
We had an excellent experience staying at this property. We all had our own private living spaces with bathrooms The pool was a relaxing and refreshing amenity to have especially at end of very hot days. Parking is limited but we were able to keep our 12 passenger van inside the gated property.Staff did a great job everyday making sure our place was clean and well maintained. There is a supermarket directly across the street and a coffee shop next door. All very convenient. The property is located in town making it very close to everything. Including beaches. Which are all in walking distance Overall, we were very impressed with this property and would definitely stay there again.
We were two families travelling together and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. Location was great, only a few minute walk to the beach. Only thing that made it not perfect was that the one bedroom that had a separate entrance had a strong sewage.
Our family of 5, my husband, his 81 year old mother, our 28 year old daughter, our 25 year old niece and I had an amazing and very comfortable, safe stay at the villa. Aaron helped make sure our check in was easy and he was very helpful throughout our two week stay in Samara. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and breeze way dining table area. Most of our group were taking Spanish language classes at Intercultura School and it was an easy short walk to the school as well as the beach. The villa is in close proximity to three grocery stores and a lot of restaurants and shops. We will return!
The outside space on this property is absolutely beautiful. We used the pool frequently. The property was kept very clean and generally in good repair. We seemed to have regular issues with the wifi. My husband was trying to do some work but gave up due to patchy wifi.I felt we were a little mislead with the list of amenities that were in the listing. I thought the washer and dryer were ours to use in the house however when we got there we saw the sign that we had to pay for the service. Bbq was charcoal and there was none provided. The oven is more like a toaster oven which worked out ok. Other than salt and pepper there was no other condiments or spices. Otherwise the kitchen was fairly equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and to my liking. The air conditioning worked well and kept us very comfortable. The water pressure was quite poor in the showers. In some cases we were not able to take a shower due to the lack of pressure. We made due.The location was excellent. It is a quick walk to the beach and easy access to many restaurants.Communication with the host was excellent. They returned messages promptly and took care of any issues in a timely fashion. They were very pleasant.Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Villas Verdez. We will definitely recommend to anyone looking for this type of experience.
We stayed here for a full week and liked the comfortable three bedrooms with AC (one room has 2 double beds, not the bunk bed as shown in pics). The ad didnât mention daily maid service, which was a fun surprise. We also were not aware that the 3 bedroom had a separate entrance â it worked great for us and our adult kids but might not work if you have littles.
Easy walking distance to 3 grocery stores, to the beach, (1-3 blocks) and to downtown restaurants (2 blocks and up). Donât miss the terrific but hidden French bakery!
The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. We enjoyed all the outdoor covered seating and the clean, partially shaded pool was a definite highlight. 100% would stay here again and recommend Villas Verdes.
