Staff during check in was polite and helpful. The room was clean but stains on bathtub and toilet. Advertised an ice maker but “they broke it.” During check out, an employee was speaking to someone on speaker phone about having to work all the time and do laundry all day. She attempted to walk away but was still very loudly speaking on speakerphone, I felt it was unprofessional and a call that should have been had in private.

Door on my room wouldn’t close unless you slammed it, didn’t realize this until I found out I slept with my door open the first night. The breakfast was pathetic, same 3 pieces of bread and 1 apple both days, no cereal in dispensers no butter, no juice, nothing else to drink, no pastries.

The bathtub had no hot water. The room was not clean. We asked for another room the next morning before we left for the day. We got back later that evening-5:00 pm-they gave us a new room. When we opened up that room it had not been cleaned. Unmade bed, used towels on the floor, etc. We decided we wanted to go somewhere else and asked for a refund. We are trying to get that from Expedia.

All of the above. The sheets were bloody stained. And bed sheets had not been changed since last guests. Asked for new sheets but also the “clean” ones were stained. Restroom was filthy and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. Evening staff was rude when we asked for new sheets. We will never stay at a Day In again.
