Personnel agréable et chambre correcte. Gros bémol sur la présence de nombreux crickets à moitié morts dans la chambre. Malheureusement c'est la période et il n'y a pas grand chose que l'on puisse faire nous a dit la réceptionniste. Les enfants ne sont pas trop rassurés mais ok, c'est le jeu dame nature, on fait avec. Par contre dame nature ne doit vraiment pas être contente de la vaisselle jetable : verres et bols en polystyrène, couverts en plastiques, bref l'hôtel ne veut rien avoir à laver après votre repas. C'est sûrement moins cher pour eux, mais le coût pour l'environnement, lui, est réel. Malheureusement, il semble que ça soit le cas de tous les hôtels pas trop chers aux USA. Vraiment déçu sur ce point.

Dear Conchos inn I am writing to you regarding the condition of the room. Based on the current state of the space, I would like to discuss potential partial or full reimbursement. There was literally a hole in the tile and wall, and the towels were literally brown. The only reason that we stayed was that this was the ONLY room I found available. It said on the door that it was non smoking and there was no way from the stinch of cigarettes that it was. The were stains in the couch and cigarette burns in the bed sheets and comforter. I will say the listing said non smoking but, the sweetest, nicest lady at the front desk did warn me that it was a smoking room even though the sign by the door said non smoking. She was very sincere about the room condition and situation. She was the only good thing about your establishment. So given the current state of your room at this establishment, are we able to work something out? Please let me know when you have a moment to review this further. Best regards,

It is run down! I was told non smoking rooms and we got a room that was a smoking room the smell would knock you to your knees. At night its pretty quiet but during the day there are people coming and going that do stay there. There was dirt in the bed. Just not clean all around.

I had to check out after just one night, even though I had paid for four nights. The room was extremely dirty—the walls had visible stains, the towels were soiled, and every surface I touched felt oily and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were two homeless individuals staying in the room next door, which resulted in loud disturbances throughout the night. When I left the next morning, there was trash and wet towels scattered on the ground outside my door. Management seriously needs to improve both housekeeping standards and overall property security.

I would give this room a solid too. Thank god it was just for the night. First of all, pulling up it looked sketchy as hell and nothing like the pictures. The lady was on her phone the whole yelling at whoever was on the phone while trying to help me. Mid way the service phone rang and she answered. There was a very concerned women on the phone saying that there was a lot of banging and yelling going on in the room next door and was scared for her safety. The front desk lady proceeded to ask what she wanted her to do about it. Like hmmm maybe idk GO DEAL WITH IT AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE OK. Anyways I walk to my sketch ass room alone as a girl. Get to my room to flick the light on. It doesn’t work. So I close the door and lock it trying to find any lock that works. The only one that works was the bathroom light. I go and investigate the bed and it was clean but there was a couple stains. I definitely did not feel safe as a young women but I had to sleep and get through the night. So if ur only staying for 24hrs this will be fine but if ur a women ask for the second floor not the bottom cause there’s no security whatsoever to make you feel safe.

I had to be moved three times because the TVs did not work one room, head, paint, cans, somebody’s work shoes, and a bunch of other stuff like somebody was staying in the room prior to me going in there. It’s not very clean in the rooms. They are remodeling. They need to make sure they don’t put guests in the room. It’s not ready.
