Well, they checked me into a room full of bedbugs. Smoke detector was falling off big crack in the ceiling in the bathroom of water leaking down. They were very bad customer service.

The dinner was so good at the resturant and there was an awesome band playing. The owners were so nice and I had an absolute blast. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and most importantly the beds were comfy. My room had a full size fridge and cook top which I didn't use since I was there one night. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms had a smell, toilet water issues, room phone didn't work,issues with tv, bathroom floor slick my brother slipped and busted his head. My wife called for manager and never received a call back. Could be a nice place just needs better management.

Staff was rude, unexpected cash deposit and still held my card for incidentals. I have stayed at this facility several times and never had to put up a $150 cash deposit, had to use their ATM to get cash and they charged me $4.00 to do that. Manager and staff were rude and said they had to walk my room with me when I check out before I can get my cash back. When I checked out the desk clerk was rude and talked to me like I was her child. She would not let me walk with her to inspect my room. She told me to stay in the lobby. I will not ever reserve a room here again especially after how much I have spent in the past staying here.

Our rooms were dirty restrooms door knobs didn't work sheet was dirty on one of the beds and they tried to say it was us that did it the rest of the staff was good and also had trouble with One of our room keys not working had to get them reprogram every time I tried to use them

Nasty!!!

Terrible experience! First off, the front desk guy John was incredibly rude. We were there to check in before 3 (which was check in time) but didn’t get into a room until almost 6. They closed the pool early one night because they said it had been a long day. The worker John refused to let us talk to a manager. The breakfast was non existent over an hour before breakfast was ending. Then, to top it off I saw one of the pillow cases coming off the pillow which exposed DISGUSTING pillows with urine and blood stains on the mattress. I am beyond disgusted. The place is just nasty all around. The carpet in the room is filthy and sticky. Take my word, you will regret it if you stay here.
