The Rear Guest Quarter has a back wall adjacent to a busy street so some traffic can be heard. Property is privately owned; the owner/s are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on premises or its facilities. The Homeowner/s are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Reservation/s obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of full payment and deposit and the party will not be allowed to check in. All damages to the property will be paid in full by renter/guest.
