The front guy was very helpful. The cleaning gentilmen was very professional and the valet lady was terrific with communcation.

Expedia showed the check in age requirement was 18 . The hotel said that information was incorrect. We purchased this room as a gift for my son and we had to drive 2 hours for the check in.

Dear Leticia, A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. For fraud prevention, we required every guest checking in to the hotel to provide a credit card with a matching photo ID with the name on the registration. I'm very sorry that we appeared unaccommodating; please understand that these policies have been put in place for the security of our guests.
