Para empezar la habitación olía a mucho humedad, encontré basura de huéspedes anteriores detrás del buró y la alfombra, sobre todo en las esquinas, estaba bastante sucia. Nunca nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación en 3 días que estuvimos ahí, ni cambio de sabanas ni de toallas. Los pasillos bastante sucios también. El aislamiento sonoro de las ventanas y puerta no es suficiente para mitigar el ruido de la autopista.

People that were staying there being noisy and fighting.

My hotel room had black mold in the shower. I had to tell them it was there. Last night, the bathroom door was stuck and I had to break it down to get out. I let the manager know what happened this morning, so he called the general manager. She refused to speak with me, and then instructed the manager to charge me $150 dollars for the damages. She showed up minutes later and didn't even look at me. She didn't apologize for what happened at all. She treated me like I wasn't there.

No hot breakfast- beta test showed a hot breakfast

We stayed thinking there would be a full hot breakfast. Pictures on the website showed a full hot breakfast. When we checked in we found out it was continental and it was due to a ‘beta test’ being done by Best Western. They would not refund the $ for us to stay somewhere with breakfast. We spent and additional $65 on breakfast. Disappointed in customer service

Sleep, Shower, Leave

If you are okay with just a place to stay that may or not have bed bugs, this is your motel. The interior and exterior definitely needs to be restored and repaired in several areas. The breakfast is a cold breakfast so if cereal is your thing, this is your place! Very convenient to race track if that is where your destination is ending. Just know that this is a place to sleep, shower, and leave.
