We had no pets with us for this stay. The house had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. Yes the bed had what seemed to be cleaned sheets. The towels appeared to have been washed. However, the bathroom, kitchen, family area had not been sweeped or mop. The showers were filthy. The baseboards have never been cleaned. The fridge was not wiped out. I informed the owner of the situation that evening when we arrived he stated he would speak with the house keeper. I informed him after a 15 hour car ride it was unacceptable to find a house in this condition. He stated he would have the house keeper come in the morning to replace the batteries in the electronic front door lock , that never happened. We found a Dollar store close and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the house for our stay. I requested only for my cleaning fee to be returned the owner never responded to my request. This is a 4/ 2.5 house for 3 people. So I would not return or recommend this property to anyone. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. This would have been a great stay if the house had been cleaned properly
