It was a good property and easy to get to. Room was awesome I think 1 elevator wasn’t working so the lines were kinda backed up.

No staff at check-in when I arrived just after 4 PM. Had to go find somebody. No staff at the counter the next morning around 8:30 AM for check out either. The couch in the room should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Sat down and literally sank down in a hole. The breakfast staff and breakfast variety was excellent. Hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. However, a little exterior landscaping facelift is needed —old, tired, and worn out. Something to be said for curb appeal. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The front desk and staff were terrific. Our room was ready upon our arrival. The halls were quiet. The continental breakfast was great, especially the chefs who cooked the omelets. The variety of food was good. The shuttle was convenient to and from the airport. In the bathroom, the wooden tiles on the floor were loose. They were open to holding our bags while we attended the conference or convention. The overall experience was excellent!
