Your Property
This property is one of 2 duplexes. Each has its own private lawn, one reserved space and one reserved garage space in a shared garage (please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use garage). Your lawn is in the back of the property and fenced off from the front lawn which is part of the other unit.

You will take a few steps up to the front door, which will open to a lovely living room and well stock kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them being en suite.

3 spacious bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King
• Bedroom 2: Queen + Twin Trundle
• Bedroom 3: Full

And plenty of space to unwind, relax, and hang out with your family or group

Guest Access
Guests will have access to their unit only and their side of the garage, parking on the left side of the driveway in front of the garage. Along with a few off street parking that are first come first serve for guests to either unit. Guests will also have private access to the back yard, but not the front yard, which is private to the front unit.

You have access to the full property with the exception of the garage and owner's closet.
