I wouldn’t recommend. Photographs well but in reality it’s not what it appears to be. Perfect hotel for a quick over night but no more. There are just too many small things that add up to be just annoying. - Toilet paper roll breaking off - No plug for bath tub drain - Two elevators yet only one works for 6 floors of rooms. - No closet to hang clothes. Weird open space that my dresses would touch the floor. - Mirror overhangs the sink. Sink is clogged so can’t get to the drain pull. - House keeping doesn’t come. - Bathroom humidity has nowhere to go so towels never dry. - Moved the ottoman the first day & there is butter under it from the last stay.. clearly not fully cleaned. - Clock not set.

Review for Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antoni

Review for Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio Medical-Six Flags Our recent stay at this property was overall clean and comfortable, but several issues with customer service and maintenance made it less than ideal. We used the pull-out bed in our room, only to find it had no sheets. When we finally received them from the front desk, we also noticed that the mattress had many dark, soiled spots, which was concerning. Additionally, the clerk was absent from the front desk for a while, delaying the process. Our second room had air conditioning issues upon check-in. While it was eventually repaired, it added unnecessary stress to our trip, especially with a one-year-old child. Checking out was another challenge. We couldn’t find a suitcase trolley anywhere in the hotel, even after searching floor to floor. This meant multiple trips to the vehicle, carrying our luggage and my mother’s remains, which was an emotional and physically exhausting experience. The exterior of the property also needed attention. The parking lot was littered with toilet paper blowing in the wind, creating an unkempt impression. When I mentioned it to the staff, they simply shrugged it off. The best part of our stay was Jim’s Restaurant next door, where we enjoyed a great family meal. While the hotel itself is nice, the lack of attentiveness from staff and the maintenance concerns made our stay frustrating. Improved customer service and better housekeeping would greatly enhance the guest experie

The room was clean and spacious, I was worried about the review of vehicles getting break into. That was not my experience and there was a lot of parking space around. The staff was very nice doing check in and breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the walls are thing you can hear when the other rooms are flushing they toilets and the heater was not working. After that everything was good.

Beds were comfortable enough. Pillows smelled like bleach though. Restroom is small. Didn’t try the breakfast. I normally sleep with earplugs in hotels due to AC noise or fridge noise but it felt fairly quiet with the exception of the occasional noise of big trucks from the highway.
