Nothing unique about the property. Room was very smelly. It definitely needs serious upgrading. There was no remote for the TV. Furniture pieces very old and decaying. Sofa extremely old dirty large old stains on it and smelly. Could not sit on it. Just an inside shelter for the night. Understandable why price so low and affordable. It should be no more than what it is.

Old property; needed rehab. But, except for Wi-fi it was functional and the price was low.

Witnessed drug purchases on property. Homeless people loitering on premisis. Completely unsafe. Took family to stay somewhere else. Requesting a refund.
