On the side of the house, there is a grass/gravel area where 3 cars/or trucks could fit.

**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
NO PETS allowed in this property, even service animals, as the owner has life-threatening allergies to animal dander.
We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID for verification.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
