To begin with, I had already paid for my stay. When I checked in I was charged $100 for deposit. I still don’t get it back. Then, the restroom door did not close, the water pressure on the shower was so low I took a while to shower. The AC made a horrible noise all night and a lot of humidity. Finally, I was told that breakfast started at 6:30am, I went at 7am EVERYTHING WAS GONE. I asked if they were going to bring out more food and the front desk guy said no. Horrible stay. Never again

The hotel is in a nice location. The front desk was friendly. The room was nice and clean. However, The elevator kept malfunctioning during our stay. So it was challenging at time being that we were on the 2nd floor. Toting luggage and kids down the stairs was not good.

Good location. The room was noisy, the AC was noisy, being close to the elevator was noisy. The bed was comfy. The shower had very low water pressure. Had to get my own coffee stuff it was not replenished by the cleaning staff.

Not what I expected

Rooms are aged need an upgrade and extensive cleaning and repairs Paint in bad condition cracks and smells bad. Pictures and actual rooms not real condition

Walls were so thin I could hear person snoring in next room. Air-conditioning was so old and loud, made noise ALLLL night long. Water takes awhile to heat up for showers. Furniture was old and dirty and broken..

There was hair stuck in the bath wall and the bathtub drain was clogged with a ball of hairs which was a horrible sight to see and clean ourselves. There were towels with love stains, I never use hotel towels for that reason but I never imagined I would experience this one day. When I moved the towels out of the way I noticed some were dirty and one of them literally had love stains on it, so gross. They need to really check that once in a while.

Gave me a room without a tub when my reservation clearly indicated tub. Changed me over to the right room however, this effort was futile in that it was a filthy tub with dirty ring around perimeter of tub. Trash on living room floor from previous guest. One pillow was on the floor with no pillowcase and one nightstand light was out had to get front desk to replace. Everything was just ok but pretty annoying.

It was ok, not bad for the price. The beds were a little hard, the sheets had blood stains or some kind of stains, the towels had stains as well. Kinda grossed me out seeing the but glad i took my own towel. Other than that, everything else was ok
