Considering the price point, this motel 6 met all the expectations. The room and bed were clean enough and the AC was working well for my unit. Parking is available in front of units. I arrived there late in the evening and the host was available and greeted. Had a good stay.

The room was decent for what I paid in the area I stayed. Right down the street from the Riverwalk and market Square so it was convenient. There was construction while I was there which made navigating a little more difficult. Overall, the room was OK and clean. The bed is not so comfortable, but like I said for the price, it was nice.

Decent cheap place to stay close to downtown SA area if you're on a budget. Only qualm I have is that their key card stopped working after 1 night of staying there. They reprogrammed it and told us to not let it touch your phone. I understand how it can have an effect but most hotel key cards are pretty resistant to electric or magnetic interference from my experience staying at other hotel/motels. I advise fixing the key card issue.

The area is not safe. The room was not up to standard: it was dirty, the tables were falling apart, the tub was dirty, the walls are not clean either, and if I were Expedia, I would remove it from the list of options. The only reason we decided to stay is that we were out of time to find another place, and we are staying only for one night. Additionally, I noticed that they charged me three times, even though my brother's card was used and he paid for it himself. Had a poor experience.

They need to be removed from you website, they give Expedia a bad name. Asked for security deposit when room was already paid for. Paid $20 extra for a room with a fridge. Room did not have one. Room smelled musty and dirty like it had been recently flooded. Phone did not work in the room. Contacted Expedia and they were able to have the room switched out, but the new room wasn't much better. The toilet was very loud and hinky and the shower was dirty.

My Unforgettable Stay

This was my first time at this place. The location is ok, on the 35 access road near Commerce. My previous stays at a Motel 6 have been good. This stay was not good. Initially, the room was freezing. I asked the front desk person to have someone looking at it. Twice. When I returned for the evening, the AC was running, a lot less cooler. I myself cannot sleep unless it's quiet in the room. Normally, I could have adjusted it myself. The temperature controls were broken. I was not thrilled about that. The room itself was a good size. It could have accommodated a small fridge and microwave. The wifi worked fine, but not the tv. No signal. There is a McDonald's next door, but it is in an area with a homeless problem. I learned my lesson. I see no reason to return ever again.
