Location is great. Valet parking is a little bit congested it takes a while. A lady and a man at the front desk were a bit rude they have that attitude as if they were working at the police department. We also switched rooms because the AC wasn’t cooling in our room the room we switched to was way cooler.

AC was not working looked clean but there were roaches

I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they don’t provide clean towels daily, I requested them and still never received any. Thankfully my son had extra towels in his room. Check in was great and the staff at check in was amazing so were the valet. I just hope in the future they do better with the house cleaning.

First room had small roaches....on toilet, bathroom counter squashed and in bathroom drawer. Was moved to new room same size and it was clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is well maintained. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Valet parking from the nicest staff. I look forward to staying here again. Not one complaint. I highly recommend this hotel.
