The house was clean and roomy. A great place to bring your Air Force graduate back to to visit. About 20 min from base and 6-11 minutes from Walmart and a variety of restaurants. Was very happy with stay.

Exactly what we needed

The house was spacious in a location that felt safe, close to shopping, food and not far from the city. The property manager was very responsive, flexible and helpful. When we contacted him about a small issue with the drain in the kitchen sink, he gave the solution to the issue and called to follow up. The house is well stocked, in good condition, has a great backyard for small children, and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Excellent stay for BMT graduation

We had the best stay at this place. So glad that we had rented a house rather than hotel rooms. It allowed our son to come back to the house with us and relax during his town passes. Travelled with my mother and so she was able to utilize the main level bedroom and bathroom. Ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could use a few more towels but laundry soap was supplied so I only needed to wash them once. The beds were all memory foam and comfortable with good support. Pillows were great. Plenty of blankets if needed. It was a great location between the base and downtown area. The roads into the development were a little bit bumpy, but that would be our only complaint. The host was rapid to respond to any questions we had. It was close to many restaurants and Walmart, etc. very safe community. We would highly recommend this home especially if traveling for bmt graduation.

Vacation June 7-14

We had a wonderful time staying in San Antonio. The house was just perfect and very close to whatever we wanted to do. We are from Knoxville TN and wanted to do something special for our son who graduated high school and he said he would like to visit Texas.The down town area is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The river walk is awesome! We have already talked about coming back. Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay!

San Antonio family vacation

The website does not do this house justice, the amount of living space was amazing. We took our sons and their families for a getaway to San Antonio and this house was perfect. The owner thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of bath towels. The house was also very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood this house is close to downtown and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner answered me immediately when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location

This property was perfect for our stay. Just a few minutes away from shopping and the restaurants. The property had everything we needed. Usually when we rent a house we have to go to the nearest store to buy utensil or pots and pans. Mr. Carlos kitchen was stocked with all the necessities even the seasonings to cook with. The property and the neighborhood was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and spacious

House was really big, all of the bedrooms and living spaces are very nice and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we could need except a Keurig but we brought our own. Neighborhood was a little cramped with cars parked on the street but overall felt very safe and quick access to downtown and zoo/gardens/etc. Beds were all very comfortable. We didn't realize about the closet full of extra towels until a few days in but there were plenty.

Great home for birthday vacay

We loved our stay. Home was super comfy, equipped with everything we needed & in close proximity to the attractions & stores that we visited. We had a chef come cook meals & he loved the kitchen. Our guest loved the separation that the home provided upstairs. OMG

Best. Rental. Ever.

This rental property was amazing! Each bedroom was HUGE and the master was incredible. They thought of everything down to extra blankets in every closet, fans in every room (we like the white noise) extra towels and even shampoo and conditioner and soap in all three bathrooms. This home was so spacious! They have play pens if you need them, baby gates, outdoor table and chairs are stored in the garage if needed as well. The internet wasn’t the best but as long as you’re not using a PlayStation or anything like that then there’s no problem at all. The property manager Carlos was phenomenal! He adds that personal touch to the entire experience. Great home!
