Our son was graduating from Air Force BMT and we needed a place to stay for my wife and I, as well as our parents, that was fairly close to Lackland. This place was perfect! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The enclosed courtyard was nice for the family to hang out in, in the evenings. Lackland was about a 12 minute drive and it was close to an HEB and Target for anything we might have forgotten. I would definitely recommend this!

We arrived and check in went smoothly. Parking was right in front of the property. Parking include and easy access. My husband and I were pleased with the room. Very clean. Rooms and property as seen in pictures. Air conditioning was good. It did not feel humid and the AC turned off and on at a good rate. We only stayed for 2 days no room or staff issues. If we go back to San Antonio we will stay here. Kitchen is big enough to cook for a family.

My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant, though there were several areas that could be improved. The suite’s layout was a highlight. The kitchen and living room space gave it the feel of a small apartment, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though there were a few stray hairs around the bathtub and shower curtain that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more attention to detail would make a difference. The bed, however, could use some updating. The sheets felt worn and slightly rough, and the comforter was quite thin. While extra blankets were available, a newer, higher quality comforter would make the sleeping experience much more comfortable. The air conditioning was another drawback, as it took several hours to lower the temperature even slightly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room didn’t get completely dark at night, which may be an issue for guests who prefer a pitch black environment for sleeping. Finally, there were some cigarette butts on the ground just outside our door, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the property exterior. Overall, the stay was decent and the space itself was inviting, but with some improvements to cleanliness, bedding quality, and maintenance, it could easily be a much better experience. I will add what you receive for the price is unbeatable in comparison to the higher end luxury hotels. I’d stay here again.

Lots of room. Full size reftgerstor very convienant. Beds extremely uncomfortable and sheets had hair on them. Blow dryer was missing. Lots of highway noise.

Property from the outside was neat and clean. Team in the front while checking in were friendly. The room was standard. When entering the apartment it did seem nice. But upon further examination the are was not properly cleaned. The dishes were dirty, something smeared on bathroom wall, the couch what looked like a stain was actually food smeared that had not been cleaned. The little couch table was sticky. Water pressure for the shower was horrible.

Only issue we had was maintenance. We stayed for 7 days and never had anyone come in to clean our room. On another note, we didn't have any drawers in bathroom and bedroom.
