The only thing that I can say I liked was how nice the lady at front desk and the cleaning lady were. Other than that the place was so not how the pics looked when I booked. My kids and I weren’t even able to get in the pool from it being green. Bed sheets were stained and dirty as if they weren’t washed. Holes in the sheets. A/C stopped working sink and tub clogged up. Toilet wasn’t properly put it would move. Sink leaked water from the bottom. Trash can was filthy as if someone threw up in there. It smelled horrible. Sorry but I will never go here again. Not only was the beds uncomfortable but all the drug addicts around.

Absolutely horrible experience. Was told they “upgraded” me when I got there. Walked into my room that was disgustingly dirty, with bed sheets and blankets that all had cigarette holes and stains on them when they stated they are a smoke free establishment. The toilet had poop in it from the last guest and the shower had their hair. There was a desk that was covered in some sort of dried green liquid spots and the floors were so dirty I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. Asked to switch rooms, second one was the tiniest bit cleaner but the bed had way more stains on it. Called down to see if there was anyway to switch them out or something and I was brought up a tiny decorative sheet. I was given attitude when I asked to switch my rooms. The front desk is a bullet proof glass window with a small slit for paperwork. Tried to get a refund because of how disgusting my stay was, and I was told they do not give them for any reason. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is our first time staying at this hotel. Because I had an extra person they had to charge me more money. The room was not so great. The bathtub was stopped up and the toilet seat was broken. So when I sat on it it moved to the side. The light fixture was hanging inside the restroom with a piece of tape. There was mold in the restroom on the ceiling. They said it was a no smoking room but my blanket and sheet had burn holes in them. Online it says that they have a pool but it was all green and slimy and not open

This place will steal your deposit money! I put $60 down as a deposit In case I smoked in the room, I do not smoke, but the owner went and checked my room and said I smoked cigarettes in there, I disputed this so he went and got an employee who verified his claim. I do not smoke! There was no hot water! It was dirty! And I am going to report this business to the better Business bureau because they are crooks who steal your money

This place was the worst I have ever stayed in. The people were rude. I had to argue for a roll of toilet paper. It was dirty and the area is not safe. My rental car was broken into and someone flicked cigarette butts all over the hood/windshield. There were roach carcasses under the fridge. Please do not offer this place to others in further bundles.

The water at this place is unsafe. The toilets have orange residue, and so do the bathtubs. My skin was itchy after I took a shower. The staff and workers were constantly just staring at us.

I spoke to the supervisor here at the at the hotel and told them that there's Nets in the sink and that they're biting me and they told me to buy bleach and pour it in there instead of them providing it they want me to provide it so it is horrible the sheets have stains on them they're not new sheets and they don't change out the blankets they let you use them over and over without washing them

DO NOT STAY HERE

**Avoid This Hotel – Dirty, Unsafe, and Unhygienic!** I recently stayed at Travel Logde next to Lackland AFB and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy—dirty floors, moldy bathrooms, and a strong musty smell throughout the rooms. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not a priority. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the hotel also felt extremely unsafe. There were suspicious activities happening on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there, and I was genuinely concerned for my safety. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay elsewhere. No one should have to deal with these conditions, and I hope management takes action to improve the hotel. Until then, I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances!
to start the whole room smelt horrible remote had no batteries didn’t the dresser was all broken look like bought in a garage sale

The toilet was like coming apart you can’t tell the picture the tub had caulking and like they did a quick clean and they caulk the whole thing in a hurry
Tete looks deceiving there but the pillows were nasty like yellow and the bed was so uncomfortable
