The owners were very nice. Unfortunately the property was much more of a motel than Inn. The beds were very hard and the bedding thin. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was splatter on them, the same with the back of the door and wall behind entry door. The sheets were stained. We bought pillows, towels and blankets from Walmart.
It was close enough to downtown San Antonio, but far enough away not to be involved in the chaos of the heavy traffic. The front staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating!
Had a nice stay. Our room was spacious and quiet. Check in was quick and efficient. The bed was firm but comfortable. We brought our own pillows because they were thin but had 3 so that was nice. Enjoyed our stay. A great price.
I was booked a handicap room with a walk-in/roll-in shower. I had wanted a tub to soak in but they told me they were completely booked and couldnât accommodate me. The room smelled musty since the AC had been turned off. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, as hardly any water came out. The sink faucet also sprayed a lot of everywhere. When the AC would kick on, there was a loud bang almost every time, a couple of minutes afterwards. Not the best place to stay for $250 for 2 nights, but because the Final Four was in town this weekend, it was all that was available in that area that was a decent price.
Very friendly, clean and since of safeness and home feeling.
We sometimes just wanna get away for a night or 2 and always stay there. Once or twice a month. Frint desk even recognizes us and knows our preferences.
They stay was fine. It was quiet even being next to I-10. Itâs older. The beds are firm so if you like a firm bed you will be good. The pillows and blankets are thin and worn down I wish I would have brought my own. I had a couch too which was nice when I was there earlier in the day. Most of the time I was gone for what I was in town for. But it was a good stay for an economical price and somewhere to lay your head !
