This villa with private pool in the south of Gran Canaria has two large double rooms, one with a double bed on the first floor, with direct access to the garden and the pool. The other room, on the first floor, has two single beds. This room leads to a fantastic terrace with panoramic views.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with bathtub.

The private swimming pool at Las Terrazas 6 has safety stairs for better access. The beautiful views from the pool towards the golf course and the mountains, enhance the experience of relaxation.

This exclusive villa has two terraces, one of which is a solarium on the first floor, and outdoor dining areas as well as a barbecue.

El Salobre Golf Resort is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is located only just a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder and roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 5 metres long, 2 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 6 p.m.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 500 euros is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge for the total duration of the stay.
