Our apartment is located in the center of Playa del Ingles. Only 100 m from the Yubo center and 500m from the beautiful sandy beach. We offer You 45 m2 of a beautiful apartment with bedroom and a living room with full equipped kitchen, bathroom and the terrace with the palm and pool view. There is the air-condition free of other costs, everything in modern and beautiful style. Really good and high level. We hope You'll enjoy it :-)

What a brilliant place. Listings often describe themselves as a 'home-from-home' but this really delivers. More glasses (tumblers, wine, champagne, etc.) and tablewear than you could ever need, dishwasher to get them all clean. A brilliant coffee machine fully stocked with fresh beans. A cupboard full of essentials like salt, sugar, oil, vinegar plus a few bonus items like rice. Plenty of dishwasher and laundry capsules.Drawers and cupboards with cards, books, etc and even spare batteries for the remote. Gorgeous lights.I could go on and on. Location-wise, it is a two minute walk from Yumbo, perhaps three minutes to the bus that goes to and from the airport. At the other end of the street is the beach. Supermarket even closer than Yumbo, and a decent Chinese between the two.Even the furniture is really comfortable.Genuinely cannot find a single fault with this place. And I am really picky.The interior is stylishly designed.

Lovely modern apartment with really comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Nice spacious living room opening onto a private balcony with dining table and chairs. Great communication with our host and a thoughtful welcome provided in a bottle of bubbly. Great location central to both Maspalomas and Playa De Ingles with local buses just around the corner for day trips. Highly recommended

Great apartment in fantastic location. Apt is very well equipped with everything you could need with modern and tasteful decor. Having the key lockbox outside is a real bonus meaning you don't need to take keys out with you. Lucas was fantastic and responds quickly to messages. On site, free secure parking was great for the few days we hired a car.

Great location

Very happy with our stay here. Lukas was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Arrival and departure were a breeze. The apartment was very close to the yumbo centre. We had no trouble parking, but be aware it is tight spaces. The apartment had everything we needed, great to have a dishwasher and the Internet was rock solid.
