I’m not one to write reviews but it was so bad we cancelled the trip and went home early. Reception was having a conversation with someone on her AirPods, mouthed and motioned for an ID, handed me the room keys and pointed towards the elevator without saying a word to me. Room was dirty, unpatched holes in dry wall, blinds were broken and visibly soiled, refrigerator unclean with sticky residue on door shelves. Toiletries and WiFi password have to be requested from front desk, no answer when called. As the room was about the same rate as surrounding competitors, I figured it would be about the same experience but I was very wrong. Instead of complain, we just learned our lesson and won’t be back.
