The house was perfect for our family of 6. Close to the water, basketball, and market. Third bathroom (half bath) was a bonus. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were put to good use.
The location speaks for itself, but the unit is also high quality. The rooms and bathrooms (2.5) are clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the grill is hard-plumbed to gas, and the yard can easily accommodate a large group. Highly recommended and we all would come back.
My two weeks on the beach was great, the house was very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs. But the best part was the patio, where we spent most of our time. It was a plus to have a washer and dryer and the powder room was a plus
