The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a queen bed in the master, another queen in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra flexibility.

To make your stay even more convenient, there’s a private two-car tandem carport and easy access to laundry facilities. Just steps from the sand and the lively boardwalk, you’ll be immersed in the best of Mission Beach!

A few things to note:

* This unit has beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards.

* This is a single level, ground floor unit in a 3-story building. There are two units above.

* Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - September to May only.

* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning.

* Rental comprises the ground floor unit, the private oceanfront patio, and a 2-car tandem carport.

* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions.

* Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.

* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for best results. Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.

Great property right on the beach walk! Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen as well as games and beach equipment. The patio is just perfect for enjoying beautiful weather and watching the nonstop volleyball action! Would absolutely stay again!

Great beach vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 6. Close to the water, basketball, and market. Third bathroom (half bath) was a bonus. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were put to good use.

Great location, condo, and host.

The location speaks for itself, but the unit is also high quality. The rooms and bathrooms (2.5) are clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the grill is hard-plumbed to gas, and the yard can easily accommodate a large group. Highly recommended and we all would come back.

My two weeks on the beach was great, the house was very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs. But the best part was the patio, where we spent most of our time. It was a plus to have a washer and dryer and the powder room was a plus

My wife and under 10 girls came down for spring break. The location is great as you are further away from the noise of the Belmont park and the beach crowd. The volleyball courts outside the house are busy every day; you can hear them but felt the players did a good job with not playing loud music. The listing indicates a dryer only but there was a washer too. Grill runs off the house gas line so we loved not having to worry about a propane tank. I'd come back again.
