Converted garage to a beautiful game room with pool table and ping pong table top. 6 tvs from 50 to 65 inches to insure everyone is happy lol. Private backyard with a view includes hot tub, putting green, and a barbecue. Central air will keep you comfortable at anytime of the year. Multi-generational families will have a great time interacting together instead of kids glued to their phone! You will enjoy San Diego and enjoy coming home after a day of tourist activities.
