This hotel does NOT match the photos online. It is in sad shape and desperately needs upgrading. Something used in our room gave myself and my son headaches so we had to sleep with the window open. Lightbulbs were out, hair in the bathroom (ceiling???) peeling paint, outlet not screwed into wall, trash under furniture. Will not be coming back.

I want to start by saying the front desk staff was very kind and competent. I also had a brief interaction with housekeeping when we passed in the hall and they were friendly as well. That said, I spent about 10 minutes in my "premier" room and left. I've never walked out of a hotel before but this one was old, dingy, depressing, and the "balcony" was dark and felt unsafe. I recognize I did not book 5 star accommodations, but I also would expect a level of quality from a large company such as Expedia. I wish I hadn't already given them and the hotel my money, and will be thinking twice before trusting this site again.

We loved the Friday night poolside entertainment. My only complaint, I wish the bathroom was better stock. The hair conditioner was terrible, and it would of been nice if there were a hair dryer. So glad that I brought my travel one with me.

The buildings definitely need to be renovated. Carpet is old and wallpaper was coming off the walls as well as the sink in our room being clogged the whole time we were there. With that being said, housekeeping does an excellent job keeping things clean

The hotel itself was decent. It’s understandable that they can’t control other guests being noisy and slamming doors throughout the night. However, our room had a few issues— the blow dryer didn’t work, there was hair in the shower, and it looked like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a while. Very dusty.

Handlery Stay August 21-23

Nice rooms, bed is a little firm, pillows were OUTSTANDING. Could use better TV's. Lobby bar was closed both night. Both restaurants were good. The staff was very friendly. As for location with being able to walk to stores or quick marts, terrible, nothing close.

Hotel was located in a nice location, not too far from downtown, the mall and right off the freeway which makes it easy to get to and from places and there also is a parking spot to pull into with a fee. As for the room we stayed it was very nice. It included a mine refrigerator which was very nice but wish it also included a microwave but I get that it’s not included to get guest to enjoy at their restaurant in the lobby area. Overall I’d stay again at this hotel as there are great amenities at the hotel.
