Found a nail on the floor, tv control didn't have any batteries, and to shower I had to hold the hower head. Not to forget that the front desk had a lot of attitude. 2 out of 10

I was put in a room between 2 very loud and scary guests and requested to be moved for 2 days only to was told no. I even asked the manager. So I called Wyndham customer service and they called the hotel and asked if they would move me. The hotel also told them no that I should go to another hotel if I’m not feeling safe. Customer service told me they were sorry and that I should call customer relations in the morning to let them know how ii was treated. The hotel lied and said that they did not have another room available so I looked online and they actually had several rooms to choose from. This is my stay I have been sitting out in the cold for several hour feeling safer than the room I paid for😔

Hotel itself was fine - staff was great. Parking was fine. My issue was with some of the guests at the hotel. They were very noisy - didn’t seem to care that they might be disrupting the sleep of other guests.

We got to the hotel and there was no one there. We couldn't even get in a room. The whole place was abandoned. No one answered the phone

After checking in, at the front desk there was a sign posted that they will no longer serve a full breakfast. There were no meats or eggs. On the 2nd day there was no hot water, they had to fix that the following day. Only one ice machine on the outside of the hotel under an awning.
